Kristina Williams: Oklahoma’s Flyweight WARHORSE
At 35 years old Kristina Williams prepares to make her next walk for The Forge MMA out of Edmond Oklahoma. Standing 5 foot 8 inches and competing in the flyweight division, Williams has compiled an 8-4 record that has propelled her to the number six ranking among MMA fighters in North America. Known as WARHORSE, she relies on a straightforward approach in the cage, turning incremental gains into victories rather than chasing highlight reels.
Williams also holds regional rankings in four North America sub-regions—US West, US Midwest, Kansas & Missouri, and Colorado—each slot earned by competing at least twice in those areas over her last six professional bouts. With the relatively small pool of female competitors in each region, all women are grouped into a single pound for pound listing instead of separate weight class standings. Williams’s steady rise through these ranks underscores her consistency and the demand she brings to each fight night.
