Soo Chul Kim has spent his 32-fight career traversing the MMA landscape of East Asia. At 33, he owns a 23-8-1 ledger while training out of Road Gym in Wonju, Gangwon-do, South Korea. Consistency in his schedule has paid dividends: Kim is ranked No 5 in the Asia Pacific bantamweight standings after meeting the criteria of at least two recent fights in each subregional circuit where he appears—South Korea and Japan.
Standing 5'7" (171 cm) and competing at 135 pounds, Kim secured his place on regional leaderboards by fighting in bantamweight in two of his last six outings. His subregional placements underscore a career built on endurance and adaptability rather than one-off performances.
