At 29 Viktor Kolesnik enters his next bout with a record of 25 wins four losses and one draw. Born and raised in Krasnodar Russia he trains out of The Forge and BK Kuznya alongside a roster of regional contenders. Standing five feet ten inches 177 centimeters Kolesnik has steadily added to his resume over more than 30 professional fights.

He is currently ranked eighth among featherweights in the Asia Pacific region as well as in the Japanese sub region having met the requirement of at least two fights in those markets over his last six bouts. With his two most recent appearances at featherweight he has cemented his place on the charts and now stands at a crossroads as he tests his credentials against deeper fields beyond his home turf.
