Will Fleury: Ireland’s Veteran Heavyweight
At 36 years old and standing six foot three Will Fleury carries a professional MMA ledger of fifteen wins and three losses. Training out of SBG Ireland he has tested himself in both light heavyweight and heavyweight ranks across the continent. His frame and reach serve him well as he navigates two divisions with equal doses of power and timing.
Fleury is currently ranked number forty eight in the Europe region and also holds spots in the Western Europe and Germany sub regions. Those standings reflect at least two outings in each of his last six fights and underscore his commitment to fighting beyond his home base. He is among a select group of fighters with dual rankings in light heavyweight and heavyweight in every region where he has competed.
Most recently Fleury has focused on heavyweight matchups where his size advantage and striking range stand out against the region’s deeper roster. With more than fifteen professional bouts behind him he hopes to leverage that experience into a sustained run toward the top tiers of Europe’s biggest weight class.
